Chakkulathukavu Bhagavathy Temple

Chakkulathukavu Bhagavathy Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Durga. Located in Neerattupuram it is also one of the oldest temples of Kerala. Pamba and Manimala rivers flow on both sides of the temple. Pongala, Naree Pooja, Kalamezhuthu are some of the important festivals celebrated in this temple.  The temple is situated near Thiruvalla in Neerattupuram Junction. Devotees who arrive by Air can land at Trivandrum or Cochin airports and move to Chakkulathukavu according to one’s convenience.
