Marthoma Maramon Convention

Marthoma Maramon Convention which is the biggest religious convention of Christians in the World is organized anuually on  the banks of the Pamba river in Maramon near Kozhencherry, Kerala. Started in 1896, Marthoma Maramon Convention is held every year in the month of February. Thousands of followers from all over the country gather in this place to join the conference. This conference is a clear demonstrates the harmony between churches in Kerala. This is organized by Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association and the speakers who conduct this are of International reputation. This conference lasts for 10 days.

Persons furthermore take part in vocalizing devout songs and listen to the sacred readings. The major part of the event is preaching and Bible reading. Exceptional Bible classes are undertaken for people of all age categories. People irrespective of caste and belief are attracted towards this conference. This is a spot regarded as a gathering location of various heritages and traditions.
