Puliyarmala Jain Temple

Puliyarmala Jain Temple a very old Jain temple which belongs to 13th century. Now there is no complete structure, only ruins are present. Dated back to 13th century this Jain temple with its Dravidian style architecture, beams and pillars reflects the glory of the bygone era. It situated at situated at six kilometers from Kalpetta in the Wayanad district of Kerala. Also known as Anathanatha Swami temple, it is dedicated to Ananthanatha Swami, a  JainTirthankar. The Puliyarmala Jain Temple is famous for its architecture and crafted pillars. This temple covers an area of 2126 sq kms.
